2023 FALL SPECIAL EVENTS
Carnival
Join us Thursday, Sept. 7 – Sunday, Sept. 10. It is back and better than ever! Join us for the Upper Gwynedd Township 32nd Annual Carnival. NEW FOR 2023: we will be pre-selling wristbands.
RIDE COSTS:
MEGA PASS WRISTBANDS - good for all 4 days for unlimited rides. $50 per pass.
FAMILY PASS - good only Thursday 6 - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 1 - 5pm for unlimited rides. $30 per person. *note - you must purchase a different pass each day this special is offered.*
TICKETS - $2 each, 12 for $20, 32 for $50 OR 64 for $100. *rides are 1 - 3 tickets each (posted on each ride.)

Upper Gwynedd Township's Concert in the Park
Grab your blanket, lawn chairs, family, friends and come see this fantastic band! This concert will be held in the Parkside Place Complex Debarth Amphitheater and run from 7:00 – 8:30PM.
A food truck will be present -- come hungry and bring cash to enjoy our lovely food offerings!

UG Parks and Rec and Blind Sports Organization presents: SPORTS SATURDAY IS BACK!
Sports Day is an opportunity for individuals who are blind or visually impaired to be introduced to some of the many adaptive sports opportunities available in the community. Participants will have the opportunity to attend introductory sessions run by experienced volunteers. Introduction sessions may include Goalball, Beep Baseball, Blind Soccer, Blind Tennis, Tandem Cycling, Guide Running, Beep Kickball, Gymnastics, and Judo. No experience necessary and all ability levels are welcome. Our program leaders will also be on hand to answer questions about their sports. Whether you want to train to be a Paralympian or just want a fun activity to get moving, you'll find a place at Sports Day!
Who: All blind & VI (ages 6+) who can follow directions, function fairly independently, and participate in physical activities. No experience necessary. Sighted siblings welcome. Parents, PE teachers, O&M instructors, Adapted PE & Therapeutic Rec. students, &other VI professionals are encouraged to volunteer or observe. Adults who are blind & VI are welcome as well! This event is open to all ages of blind & VI individuals.

Fall Fest
Saturday, October 21, from 11:00AM – 3:00PM. Join us for a fun afternoon full of vendors, children’s crafts, hayrides, Touch-A-Truck, entertainment and much more!

Parent's Night Out!
Join UGT for our Parents Night Out costume party! Drop your kids off in their costumes for a Halloween party with festive games, crafts, and more! Pizza and dessert will be provided.

Holiday Lights Celebration
Friday, December 1 from 6:00 – 8:00PM at Parkside Place. Bring your family and see our amazing light creation. There will also be horse drawn carriage rides, entertainment, light refreshments, games, crafts and much more!

NEW! Winter Wonderland: Pre-K Party
Celebrate the winter season with a Parent/Child Winter Wonderland Party! Join your favorite Parks and Recreation staff for a fun morning of winter activities including games, family exercises, winter crafts, and snacks! *You MUST register for this event.

Puppy Yoga
Can’t get enough “puppy love”? Join us for our first ever Puppy Yoga! We will be partnering with Whole Body Yoga studio and Last Chance Ranch to host this special event! The class is open ages 8 & up. Those aged 8-14 must be accompanied by an adult. All attendees must be a paid participant. Those of all skill levels are welcome to join this fun class! You’re guaranteed to have a ball!
