Upper Gwynedd Township Statement on COVID-19

Per an order from Governor Tom Wolf and the Pennsylvania Department of Health to practice social distancing the Township Building will continue to be closed to the public through March 20, 2020.  We will still be providing essential services to our residents (police, sewer, building permits).  Our phones will be manned by essential Township staff, and we will be here for you to answer any questions you may have, just in a more remote manner. Building inspections and permits will be processed, and Public Works will be dispatched on an as needed basis. We will re-evaluate our building access on March 20th and post an update then.

We will be accessible Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm by telephone at 215-699-7777.  You can also reach us anytime on email directly to our Township Manager at szadell@uppergwynedd.org or our Assistant Township Manager at mweaver@uppergwynedd.org

All public safety personnel will be scheduled as usual and be rotated in shifts as not to spread the Coronavirus (COVID-19.)  Please be aware that our Upper Gwynedd Police officers and other safety personnel would like to continue to stay healthy, so practice social distancing when possible. Please remember to dial 911 in the case of an emergency.

We understand our slight delay/disruption in services can create an inconvenience for residents, but we hope that by making these choices now we can help to flatten the curve of COVID-19!
