Township Operations Update

Upper Gwynedd Township will be open by appointment only for residents and visitors beginning Monday November 30th.  We are taking this step in line with Governor Wolf’s new orders to address COVID 19 mitigation.  Our Administrative employees will be available to help you schedule a meeting with staff via phone or answer any questions you may have about township services at 215-699-7777.  Our Lobby at the Township Administrative offices also has a pick up and drop off kiosk available for Building Permits and Applications.  Inspections will still be performed and scheduled with proper safety and social distancing in place.  Taxes can be dropped off in the Tax collectors external mailbox and the Tax Collectors office hours remain the same.  If you would like to review in person any advertised ordinances, the proposed budget or zoning notices, you can do so by making an appointment.  Many items are also available online.

Essentials employees in the Police Department, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Public Works and Parks Maintenance Department will be working on site daily to keep the Township running efficiently and smoothly.  Non-essential employees will be providing first rate services to our residents via a combination of telework and reduced in office staffing.
