ZONING PERMIT INFORMATION

FOR A

STORAGE SHED

 

1. A site plan must be submitted showing the footprint of the proposed shed    structure in relationship with the existing property lines. This drawing is to be to scale or provide all referenced distances, in feet, from side and rear property lines. Indicate the size of the shed by length and width. The zoning requirement for side and rear setbacks is a distance of six (6) feet from each property line. The shed may not be located in a front yard or side yard abutting a street. No shed or any structure can be erected on top of any Township sanitary sewer/storm sewer easements. It must be located behind the front building line of the principal dwelling.

 

 

2. Provide all information on the application and return it, including the site plan, and a fee of $25.00. When the permit application is reviewed and approved the permit will be mailed back to you provided the Zoning District yard requirements are met.
