Memorial Benches

Memorial & Commemorative Benches are welcomed donations at sites within the Upper Gwynedd Township Park System.

Memorial & Commemorative Benches are currently found at locations throughout the Upper Gwynedd Park System.

Upper Gwynedd Township reserves the right to limit the number of benches at any one site.

Standard Design: 6' pau lope bench with back, Victorian Styling

Donation Amount: $750

Donate a new bench and assist the township in selecting a proper location for it. A memorial plaque may be purchased separately by the donor. It will be installed (as shown) by township crews.

Plaques are purchased by the donor at an additional cost. Upper Gwynedd Township must approve the wording that will appear on plaques. Plaques may contain text and dates/numbers only; no photos or graphics.

A telephone call is all that is required to initiate this memorial or commemorative gift. We will set up a meeting at the site to agree upon a location. You will be asked to send a follow-up letter/email to the address shown to document your donation, location and requested plaque text information along with contact information for all donors.

The receipt of a check for the full amount made payable to Upper Gwynedd Township is required to secure your donation.
