- Building Permit
Used for: additions or alterations / renovations (any conversion to living space), pools (both above and in-ground), patios over 30 inches above grade (concrete / brick dry laid pavers), decks over 30 inches above grade

This will assist in the submission for new dwellings, additions, and/or alterations to existing single family dwellings
- Deck Requirements
This will assist in the submission of a Building Permit for a deck that is 30" above grade. If a deck is below 30" a Zoning Permit should be submitted.
- Fee Schedule
- Fence Permit Application
Fences can be installed up to but not on or over your property line. They can be no higher than 6 feet.
- HVAC Permit
Can be primarily used for both residential and commercial work. If the work is a large industrial project, contact the Township Office.
- Plumber Registration Form
To be filled out by any person or business that will be doing any plumbing work in the township.
- Plumbing Permit
To be filled out for plumbing and sewer work that needs to be done.
- Pool Requirements
This will assist in the submission of a building permit when installing a pool. Please be advised that any structure intended for swimming, recreational bathing or wading that contains water over 24 inches (610 mm) deep needs to have a permit. This includes in-ground, above-ground and on-ground pools; hot tubs; spas and fixed-in-place wading pools

- Zoning Permit
To be used for accessory structures that are less than 500 square feet in area. ie. carport, greenhouse, detached private garage (limited to 14 feet above existing grade), storage shed, uncovered wood deck (less than 30" above grade), uncovered concrete patio (less than 30" above grade). Accessory buildings of 500 square feet or greater must be submitted as a Building Permit and be constructed to state building code standards.
